The Dalai Lama is here in Atlanta. Under high security scrutiny for all who attend, there will be a public talk tomorrow afternoon at Centennial Olympic Park. I am still joyous over the Dalai Lama receiving the Congressional Gold Medal. President Bush became the first U.S. president to meet the Dalai Lama in public. This alone makes President Bush a significant president in history. He referred to the Dalai Lama as "a man of sincerity and peace."
