I hear crows cawing in the distance and all around me is the sound of rain through the trees. Today is cold, dark, and wet. I am doing all I can to catch up with accumulated work from being unable to do anything but sleep since the surgery. Correspondence has gone unanswered, projects uncompleted, and a multitude of responsibilities unattended. I have 2 days to put things in order and focus on the new album. A friend gave me coffee imported from Paris. That helps .
