this week is ultra active. i have to clean up vocal files and upload them for 3 radically different (amazing) projects. next week is just as intense. today i went to a production studio for a video montage being made for the Latino Grammy Awards and essentially gave a medley of performance so that it could be cut up and manipulated in the montage of dancers and other performers. The makeup involved false eyelashes and heavy blue eye shadow... all the while singing aloud to the music - in my head. Tonight i made myself dinner and watched The Soloist, a film that is a powerful social commentary.
