It is raining again. It makes me feel claustrophobic again. And there is
yet another flood watch in place. El Niņo. At last an explanation for the
unusual amounts of rain (flooding) and cold temperatures I have been
alarmed by for months. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
announced that El Niņo has returned for the winter season of 2009-2010. One
of the things an El Niņo produces is a lot of rain and floods all around
the world. The last El Niņo : September 2006 until early July of 2007. I'm
looking forward to this El Niņo ending.
