Late last night I was at my desk when a flock (skein) of geese flew over the house loudly honking in the sky as they made their way north. This is a wonderful sign that warm weather is on the way. Tonight it was around freezing and I went for a walk/jog around the park to shake off the stress of the day. The air was cold and crisp and I enjoyed the quiet and steady pace of my steps. I came in and made an omelette for dinner and a bowl of curry lentil soup and cous-cous. I am working diligently during the day recording and doing tour preparations. I have a sense of emptiness and calmness.
