I’m still in Seattle and am adjusting to the different levels of pollen of the trees out here. In addition to this, I have felt really tired in the morning and somewhat drained because of the massive energy pull here. I am responding and surrendering to it even though as I write this, I am actually sensing a personal state of spiritual starvation. I believe this will turn around within the next 12 hours. . . Last night there was a “women only” dinner/pool party at the home of one of Frankie’s friends, Susan Silver. In her role as management, Susan is responsible for the music business success of several rock bands. All of the 20 women at the party were dynamic, outgoing, and lovely with eclectic interests. I especially enjoyed speaking with Susan’s mother. Surrounding the pool was a lush flower garden with many candles and small twinkling lights. Everyone had brought a dish so there was an abundance of food and wine. . . Earlier in the day, Bill and I went for a 3 mile walk together around Green Lake. He leaves soon for a one year world tour with R.E.M. This house is calm and intelligent. It speaks to me through the sensitive touch of Frankie’s placement/decorating skills which truly make a house a home.
