Last night I was with Guy and Laura at their incredible loft on the lower Haight in San Francisco. Laura made pumpkin gnoochi for dinner. It was a fun and comforting envirionment for me. I feel positive and relaxed today as a result. (Must maintain this equilibrium.) Last night, we went by the Castro and there were thousands of people in crazy costumes. It is the biggest Halloween celebration in the country. It makes perfect sense, afterall. This afternoon, Steve comes by and we drive to Oakland to rehearse with the band in preparation for the show in L.A. It is a beautiful sunny day here at the ocean and the waves are HIGH. I’m going out for my second run of the day before preparing for tonight’s work. FOCUS. BALANCE. BLUE FLAME.
