Since my last “artery”, I have been struggling as I slowly adjust to my body’s process from the injury two weeks ago to my sternum and right chest area. The medical directive is to keep exercising my lungs and chest muscles so as to keep this area from seizing up and getting tight. The instructions are to go for long walks and do controlled rhythmic breathing . I have been going to the park between 6:30 and 8 every day and walking for 4 1/2 miles at a brisk pace. When the pain became too much in my chest, I went back to the doctor. He gave me a different anti-inflammatory medicine and pain medicine and told me to do the walk 5 to 6 days a week and not 7. So, I have been through so much upheaval the past month that I am at this place of craving all that is gentle and soothing . Tonight I had a familiar New Orleans style dinner from my own kitchen as I explored a different Mac ripping program for files. I am surrounded now by my special projects for the site’s web store orders in the form of fetish boxes and heart boxes and dvds and cdrs and itineraries and art. I have projects going on in my office room and the living room and the dining room all at once. Coming soon are new shirts. They will be tank top style and will feature the heart tattoo shown on The Men Album cd cover. Also another DVD from the tour last November is coming as is the cdr from the London Scala where the live sound was mixed by Justin Broadrick. Okay I have to sleep. Busy day coming up.
