spent time today organizing all of the work i need to get done in the immediate future. again, i’m initially overwhelmed and feeling the sense of others around me being overwhelmed also. there is always too much stimulus and there are things that if you let them, attempt to invade your peace of mind and put you in a bad mood. i have found that it is nearly impossible to work and get anything important done when factors come into play to attempt to being me down. when this happens, it is a time to go for a long walk or meditate or listen to music or an audio book or maybe just be still and sit with it. it will pass. don’t let it scare you. and don’t let other people’s irritable moods become your bad mood. love yourself and breathe in.
