Got in a long walk at the park this evening. My plan is to alternate walking with running. I was up to regular 6 and even 9 mile runs a couple of years ago and then things fell apart in chaos and I lost my routine. I’m still feeling that I have too much, too many things to take care of in my life. With the clear awareness that health is the most important thing and all else follows, I’m listening now as the inner voice speaks and following through.
